This is a highly fun and demanding workout class requiring little or no experience. The ultimate stress buster.

 

Ideal as an addition to any system you may already be doing.
An excellent stand alone fitness workout.
A great way to break the ice before starting a martial arts system

 

Concentrating on the many different punch / Kick bags available in the gym, you will learn speed, movement, power punching and the values of a circuit style class based on martial arts and boxing training.

 

Constantly varied on a weekly basis this circuit style class is a welcome addition to any martial art or fitness program and fits in with your training nicely as an addition or alternative.

 

Every Wednesday 6.30pm - 7.30pm
