Cardio / Strength Fitness Class

 

A fun i tempo fitness focusing on aerobic & anerobic fitness conditioning. The circuits are structured so that you work to your own max ability. Includes various machines, weights floor & agility exercises.

This is a highly fun and demanding workout class which will see your fitness levels improve dramaticly

Ideal as an addition to any system you may already be doing.
An excellent stand alone fitness workout.
A great way to break the ice before starting a martial arts system

Constantly varied on a weekly basis this circuit style class is a welcome addition to any martial art or fitness program and fits in with your training nicely as an addition or alternative.

 

Classes every Monday 6.30pm - 7.30pm

Price per session £4.00 pay as you go
