A fun i tempo fitness focusing on aerobic & anerobic fitness conditioning. The circuits are structured so that you work to your own max ability. Includes various machines, weights floor & agility exercises. This is a highly fun and demanding workout class which will see your fitness levels improve dramaticly Ideal as an addition to any system you may already be doing. Constantly varied on a weekly basis this circuit style class is a welcome addition to any martial art or fitness program and fits in with your training nicely as an addition or alternative.
