This form of kickboxing is commonly refered to as Oriental Rules or K1 & is not to be confused with Thai Boxing which is more traditional. Kickboxing is normally practiced for general fitness, or as a contact sport. So whats takes place in a typical class
Many students do not wish to spar therefore all sparring tuition takes place in an additional class which is optional.

The Mixed Kickboxing is the stand up element of our MMA system which utilises use of kicks, elbows, knees, throws and western-boxing-style punches. The system is called sanda and is the chinese equivilant of kickboxing/mma.
